Daniel Ibarra, Founder and President Mr. Ibarra has over fourteen years of relevant lending, investment banking and real estate brokerage experience. Prior to founding KCV in 2004, he was a senior vice president at Balance Sheet Manager, a commercial loan sale advisory firm, where he developed relationships with over 300 commercial real estate lenders throughout the United States. In addition, he developed the firm’s underwriting platform for evaluating loan opportunities. His previous work experience included financial institutions investment banking with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as well as founding the financial institutions group at Jefferies & Co. As an investment banker, he closed over $2 billion of capital markets transactions and over $1 billion of M&A transactions. Prior to investment banking, he was a corporate lender for Wells Fargo Bank where he oversaw a $200 million portfolio of commercial loans. In addition, he completed the bank’s industry renowned Credit Management Training Program. Mr. Ibarra earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and BS degree in Finance magna cum laude from Arizona State University. He is a licensed California broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute. |
